The Challenge

EmpowerU sought to migrate from PTEverywhere to HubSpot to streamline their marketing, sales, and operational processes. Their primary objectives included migrating all necessary data, tracking physical therapy package purchases and payments, implementing email automation, and improving reporting accuracy. Additionally, EmpowerU required a custom solution to manage package sales, appointment scheduling, and seamless checkout processes.

Goal

Our objective was to migrate EmpowerU from PTEverywhere into HubSpot, create a custom sales solution for cash-only physical therapy packages, and implement tracking, email automation, and reporting to enhance business operations.

Solution

Peddle initiated the migration by transferring all relevant data from PTEverywhere to HubSpot, ensuring smooth integration into the new platform. To address EmpowerU’s specific needs for selling physical therapy packages, Peddle developed a custom solution within HubSpot that utilized tickets, deals, and products, enabling the efficient tracking and sale of cash-only physical therapy packages.


This solution featured a streamlined checkout process for clients to easily purchase packages, integration with EmpowerU’s appointment scheduling tools, and enhanced reporting capabilities for tracking sales, payments, and package usage. Custom API integrations were implemented to connect HubSpot to external systems, facilitating real-time data flow and seamless updates for EmpowerU’s team.


Peddle also set up email automation workflows to engage clients post-purchase, remind them of upcoming appointments, and send follow-up communications based on their treatment progress.

The Result

EmpowerU successfully transitioned to HubSpot with a fully customized solution tailored to their unique business model. They are now able to track physical therapy packages and payments more effectively, with detailed reporting providing insights into sales performance and package utilization. The email automation workflows improved client engagement, leading to better retention and appointment scheduling efficiency.
