What Pricing Packages Does Peddle Have?

At Peddle, we offer two core types of services: Fixed-Price Projects and Retainer Packages. Each model is designed to meet different client needs depending on the project scope, complexity, and desired engagement.

1. Fixed-Price Projects

Fixed-price projects are best suited for repeatable, standardized services we've refined through extensive experience. These packages have a clearly defined scope, timeline, and cost.

HubSpot Onboarding

  • Marketing Hub Pro: $3,000

  • Marketing Hub Enterprise: $5,000

  • Sales Hub Pro: $1,500

  • Sales Hub Enterprise: $3,000

What's Included:

  • Kickoff call

  • Technical setup (permissions, account configurations)

  • Basic business needs analysis

  • Guided training to empower your internal team

Goal: Enable your team to manage HubSpot confidently after onboarding. We offer a "done-with-you" model to transfer knowledge internally while completing setup tasks.


HubSpot Sales Pipeline Mapping

Helping you map and optimize your sales process inside HubSpot.

  • Non-Recurring Revenue Model: ~$5,000

  • Recurring Revenue Model: Custom (typically higher due to customer success layers)

What's Included:

  • Deal stage definition

  • Marketing → Sales → Success handoff processes

  • Reporting setup (conversion rates, deal aging, pipeline metrics)

Goal: Create visibility into your sales operations and predictable revenue modeling.


Inbound Engine Setup

Building your basic online revenue engine.

  • Starting at: $4,000

What's Included:

  • 3 lead magnets

  • Landing page builds (HubSpot templates)

  • Form integration

  • Email nurture sequences

Goal: Capture and nurture inbound leads with conversion-optimized assets.


Custom API Scoping

When deeper system integrations are needed.

  • Scoping Package: 25 hours prepaid

What's Included:

  • Business discovery

  • API mapping

  • Technical scoping documentation

Notes:

  • If less than 25 hours are used, remaining hours roll over to your implementation project.

  • If scoping reveals a large project, the document can be used with Peddle or a third-party vendor.

Goal: Ensure predictable and accurate implementation estimates for custom work.


2. Retainer Packages

Retainer packages offer flexibility and ongoing support for companies that need RevOps, HubSpot management, marketing operations, and technical services continuously.

Base Retainer

  • Starting at: $4,000/month (40 hours at $100/hour)

How it works:

  • You reserve a dedicated block of team hours monthly.

  • Hours are available flexibly for any needed tasks: HubSpot ops, CRM management, automation builds, RevOps advisory, reporting, etc.

  • Additional hours beyond the retainer are simply billed at the standard hourly rate.

  • Unused hours do not roll over, as we allocate dedicated resources and project management time.

Goal: Become an extension of your internal team, providing RevOps execution, strategy, and technical expertise as you scale.


3. PPC and Lead Generation Management

Paid campaign management is also available.

  • $3,000/month per ad channel (up to $10k ad spend)

  • Above $10k spend: Additional 15% of ad spend billed

Services Include:

  • Campaign setup and management

  • Optimization

  • Reporting

  • Multi-channel strategy (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Goal: Deliver predictable lead generation outcomes through paid media.
