Blazy Susan brand was the brainchild of our founder and CEO, Will Breakell. Will is a young entrepreneur from Roanoke, Virginia. Although Will graduated from the esteemed Virginia Military Institute, he soon realized that he was meant to take a different path than the majority of his peers. Challenge

Blazy Susan is a one-of-a-kind wholesaler and distributor focused on cannabis and CBD products. Their signature product, the Blazy Susan tray, modernized the traditional spice rack concept and became a staple for customers worldwide. But selling “high-risk” products online created significant hurdles. Blazy Susan added Invoice Ninja on top of an already complex stack including WooCommerce, SKUVault, HubSpot, Avalara, ClickUp, and ShipStation. The result was a messy, disconnected system that slowed operations and limited growth.

Solutions

Peddle designed and implemented a custom integration that connected the entire tech stack into a single revenue engine. HubSpot was extended with custom workflow actions that sent data directly to middleware. Webhooks in Invoice Ninja provided real-time updates to HubSpot deal stages, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility. A unique identifier property was created to map HubSpot companies and deals to Invoice Ninja invoices, making transaction tracking seamless. To handle accounts without domain names, Peddle developed an alternative mapping solution that synchronized data across SKUVault, WooCommerce, Invoice Ninja, and HubSpot—creating a reliable and connected system.
