Paynada needed reusable marketing assets that would reduce development upkeep and streamline future campaigns. The company wanted modular landing pages personalized for each sales rep—with headshots and contact details—while tracking form submissions, lead activity, closed-won deals, and revenue attribution. In addition, Paynada sought support for launching a newsletter program and training their team to manage HubSpot campaigns effectively.
Solution
Peddle leveraged HubSpot’s CMS to design SEO-optimized, modular landing pages and reusable email templates. These assets allowed Paynada to run campaigns quickly without ongoing development. The team also launched a newsletter program and trained Paynada staff on HubSpot best practices, including subscription management, marketing contacts, and campaign reporting.
To support sales, Peddle built custom reporting dashboards that provided real-time visibility into lead flow, conversion rates, and closed-won deals. Documentation and SOPs were created for long-term reference and onboarding new team members. Finally, Peddle delivered a complete “campaign-in-a-box” package—landing pages, email templates, lists, and reports—ensuring Paynada had everything needed to execute campaigns independently.
