The Peddle team built a 2 way sync between both platforms that would attribute marketing and sales activities to deals and payments to showcase ROI. The Challenge
TheEmpowerU uses a cash based EHR system called PTEverywhere to manage patient records and billings but lacked proper marketing, sales, and customer success tools to nurture and engage contacts. They were also in need of accurate reporting on visits, marketing ROI and sales activities. Though they were able to track their patient visits and take payment, EmpowerU wasn't quite able to operate or report how they would like to so they decided to seek out a CRM to add to their tech stack but PTEverywhere was not a well-known tool and had no native integrations with modern CRMs so the EmpowerU team turned to Peddle to build a custom solution.
